Aurawell Healthcare Inc. warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• misuse
• improper storage
• unauthorized resale
• normal cosmetic expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Aurawell Healthcare Inc. shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• personal dissatisfaction with cosmetic results

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
