At Aurawell Healthcare Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The product remains in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened oral-care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item:

  • arrives damaged

  • is defective

  • or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • order number

  • photo of the product

  • description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • opened whitening strips

  • used personal-care items

  • promotional or clearance items

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • the item is defective

  • or we shipped the wrong product
